Dues Payment Options
Dues (assessment) Payment Options
Homeowners have several options to pay their assessments.
(1) Pay by check: if you choose to mail your payments, please make sure to mail the checks to our payment processing center at PO Box 97831, Las Vegas, NV 89193-7831. Please DO NOT mail payments to the Frederick office. Please also reference your property account number on the “Memo” section of the check so that the check processing center can allocate your payment to the proper account.
(2) Online Banking/Bill Pay: This option allows the owner to set up payment directly with their banking institution. These payments are sent directly from your bank to the payment lockbox. Should you request this option please have your bank send payments to our lockbox address listed below:

(3) Online through the Clagett Website:
- Recurring Direct Debit (ACH): Homeowners can set up a recurring monthly payment to have their association dues automatically withdrawn from their checking account and paid to their association. The payment will post to your homeowners account automatically. No more late fees or stamps. Homeowners are still responsible for making any changes necessary to their accounts i.e. updating the assessment amount if changed and canceling your account upon moving.
